The integrat direct system is an innovative GWK technology for cooling, multi-circuit temperature control and temperature monitoring during plastics processing. When developing integrated direct, the goal was to develop a temperature control that would be safe, productive, reliable
and simple. The advantages of traditional water distribution, pulse cooling systems and permanent thermostatic devices were taken into account in order to eliminate the disadvantages of each of these systems.

Depending on the temperature difference or the amount of water determined by the control unit, integrat directx automatically adjusts the water flow for each contour of the molds.

Energy-intensive temperature control

 Usually, the integrat direct R system is installed not on the machine frame, but next to the mold, on the TPA closing plates. Thus, the complex installation of conventional systems is simplified and the pressure loss in the temperature circuit is reduced to a minimum. The flow and temperature are measured at the central water connection. Each control circuit is equipped with a flow meter, an outlet temperature sensor, as well as a permanent control valve that automatically sets the required amount of water in accordance with the process parameters.
The modular structure of the valve blocks allows different configurations, which makes it possible to distribute the temperature at different temperature levels depending on the number
of connected thermostats.
The control range is between 1 – 15 l/min. This ensures not only high turbulence and good
heat dissipation for more dissipated heat, but also the adjustment of a small amount of heat. This was a weak point in classical systems.
The level of cooling performance per 1 channel is 14 kW, which means, together with efficient direct cooling, high cooling quality. The system is designed for temperatures up to 95 ° C, the high-temperature model - up to 120 ° C.

Touch control panel

All important operating parameters can be called from the touch control panel. A working managed interface corresponds to each operator. All settings and actual parameters are clearly shown for all circuits on the central color display, which can also be installed next to the operator and separately from the adjustments on the TPA.

 To track the process, the most important operating parameters are displayed in the form of ordered tables and graphs. The current state is immediately clear. All installations can be stored in the central control system and used during the reuse of the mold.

The mold inspection function separately displays installation errors, including connecting hoses and fittings before production begins, and the help function makes it easy to recognize, correct and solve any problems. The help function in the appropriate context makes it easy to recognize and fix problems in operation.

With the help of interfaces, the integrat direct system is constantly connected to the central computer and the TPA controls. The control panel is usually installed in the immediate vicinity of the TPA controls. The option of full integration of the system into the TPA is possible.

Simplicity

The main functional element is a color touch panel for controlling all the main functions. All parameters are displayed in the form of tables and graphs.

Safety

Mold temperature control determines important parameters of manufactured parts, such as mechanical strength, surface quality, dimensional accuracy and shrinkage. Continuous monitoring of the flow by the integrat direct system makes the process safe.

Reproduction

The built-in integrated direct R regulates the flow in each cooling circuit individually. Recording, tracking and storing data ensures the quality of the process, even after the mold is replaced.

The functional principle of integrated direct allows you to accurately and individually adjust the amount of water for heating in each segment of the mold. The result is a significant reduction in the amount of water, which in turn reduces the cost of energy by up to 70%, even with an increase in production.
