Possibility of expansion

The integrat 80 is used for modular water temperature control up to 140°C in the basic version using up to six temperature control circuits operating completely independently of each other. The basic version can be expanded with additional racks and up to 24 temperature control modules.

As an option, the temperature control circuits can be extended with a 4-way VTC distributor with flow and temperature measurement. Thus, with the help of a four-way vtc distribution system, up to 96 temperature control circuits can be controlled.

Ergonomics and ease of operation

The vertical design with a base size of only 85 x 75 cm and a central connection to electricity and cooling water ensures economical and compact integration into production cells.

Users praise the intuitive and clear user guide on the center screen. All process data is displayed numerically and graphically on a 7-inch touchscreen with a color display. Various password-protected operator levels ensure safe operation with stored process parameters.

Data can be transferred to external data carriers via the machine control interface and via a USB connection. The touch screen is located in the temperature control system itself.
