Water-cooled refrigerators for industrial use
Industrial water-cooled refrigerators are used to remove heat from the production process. This is achieved by directional cooling with cold water at specified points, thus simultaneously increasing productivity and improving quality.
With the exception of low-temperature refrigerators, all gwk cooling units operate using a fluorine-free refrigerant 134a. When choosing this refrigerant, the pressure in the cooling system is significantly lower than in systems with other refrigerants.
As a result, the mounted units are subjected to less vibration, less wear, and the value of the performance coefficient increases. A high value of the productivity coefficient means a reduction in production costs.
SKL refrigerators are cold water units with external condensers. These refrigerators are equipped with screw compressors, the power of the distributed capacity is constantly adjusted. The use of tubular and plate evaporators manufactured by gfk provides for the use of such refrigerators for industrial purposes.
Energy-saving gwk modules together with electronic expansion valves make it possible to achieve constant regulation of condensation. Compared with traditional cooling systems, the initial cost component is reduced by 25% during this operation.
SKL water cooling units are used mainly when there is a large amount of water for cooling with an excess of the highest temperature level. With the correct distribution of the surfaces of evaporators and condensers, the output indicators of all units are further optimized.

The energy-saving hwk module in combination with an electronic expansion valve allows for continuous adjustment of the capacitor. With this mode of operation, the current operating costs are reduced by approximately 25% compared to conventional refrigeration units.
The high EER (COP) values achieved in this way automatically lead to lower operating costs. Thanks to optimized operation, current operating costs are reduced by up to 35% compared to conventional cold water units; when replacing old cold water units, savings of up to 60% can be obtained.
