Fresh water from wells, rivers and other open reservoirs is always saturated with oxygen and contains a large amount of minerals and suspended particles that can block cooling channels in production machines by precipitation or corrosion.

GWK's Ku installations help to avoid this problem. A stainless steel plate heat exchanger separates the closed cooling circuit of the production from natural water with a variety of inclusions.

Cooling water with concentrated inclusions from the cooling tower should not pass through the cooling channels of production machines. And here the gwk ku-installations provide clean operation.

Economical and trouble-free operation

The microprocessor controller, working together with constantly operating valves, provides control of the exact temperature in relation to the available natural water.

 Natural water consumption is minimized and expensive
water treatment is not required. The working pump operates continuously at the same pressure, thereby ensuring constant supply conditions. Automatic recharge maintains the water level. The installation of a backup pump with automatic switching on and emergency discharge through the supply of natural water increases the safety of work.
