Energy-saving hermeticool cooling units

Hermeticool cooling units can be used in cases where the temperature of the cooled water is no more than 5 degrees above the required temperature. The purpose of the hermeticool system is to direct heated water to an external fricooler, where heat is released into the environment through direct heat exchange.

Conventional friculers are filled and work with a water-glycol mixture to prevent freezing in case of an accident in winter. The heat exchanger is installed to delimit the contours in order to prevent the ingress of glycol to the consumer and limit heat transfer. When using the hermeticool installation, this is not necessary, since it works without glycol all year round.

The built-in warning system and design features protect the system from freezing even without additional heating. Compared to friculers using glycol, such systems are much more economical.

Natural cooling with hermeticool hybrid installation

GWK natural coolers (friculers) are systems that save useful area and energy. Hermeticool hybrid circuits, often referred to as adiabatic natural coolers, are essentially closed cooling circuits. They are usually placed on the roof of the production room. Such installations are most effective at low night temperature. The built-in hybrid function also allows you to function at high daytime temperatures.
