Heat pumps

GWK heat pumps are refrigeration units that initially produce chilled water and are mainly designed to remove heat from production. In winter, this heat is pumped by compressors and used for heating. In summer, it is thrown out with the help of external fans.

GWK heat pumps are filled with refrigerant 134a and are capable of heating water to a temperature of 60 °C. To heat the process water all year round, a primary superheater is installed in front of the heating condensers to heat the process water up to 70 °C. Super heaters are an extremely useful option for any refrigerator.

Heat pumps, together with air exhaust and fans, can be used in summer to cool rooms by removing heat and delivering cold air to the desired objects, for example, for film blowing machines. And in winter, maintain the temperature over large areas by delivering warm air through ventilation systems directly from condensers.

GWK heaters

Air heaters are copper pipes with metal tips that divert heat from
production machines to the environment. These units convert thermal energy without using primary energy. In a direct circuit, the heat produced is diverted directly to the air heater, for example, the heat is diverted by a hydraulic circuit. For comparison, in an indirect circuit, heat is first given by the heat exchanger to the heat exchange circuit in the heat transfer medium. In principle, this is practically the same as the
central heating system.

GWK heaters come in two types: an open design with an axial fan for heating large rooms and, more presentable form, in a case with a radial fan for heating an office or home.
