For many years we have been a leader in the design and manufacture of devices using environmentally friendly refrigerants. For more than ten years, chlorine-free has been used in our installations refrigerant R 134a. We have completely abandoned the use of partially halogen-substituted refrigerants. Thus, the destructive effect on the ozone layer is completely excluded. Another advantage of the refrigerant R 134a is its behavior at high ambient temperatures. Any production manager will appreciate the best performance and reliability of this refrigerant on hot summer days. In addition, we are constantly testing new developments in the field of refrigerants with a low impact on global warming. By doing this, we guarantee the exact compliance of our water refrigerators with the requirements that will become real in the future.

Series weco 15.1 - 300.1

Precision and compactness

The very technical design of refrigerators, precise measurement and
control of technology, coupled with microprocessor control, ensure temperature stability for each specific application. High performance and compactness allow you to place the refrigerator in the most limited workspaces.

New fan and compressor concept

The new fan model with controlled speed control reduces the noise level of the machine. The use of high-quality compressors with large-sized units of the cooling system allows you to achieve a high degree of efficiency, which is reflected in the low cost of operation, high reliability and long-term service of the refrigerator.

Installation, connection, readiness

Compact gwk water refrigerators are supplied "turnkey". For the end user, this means possible installation and connection without unnecessary assembly, as well as immediate readiness for work.

More options for precise temperature control

Thanks to a large number of useful options, such as redundant/frequency-controlled working pumps, stainless steel pumps and various types of evaporators, the modular refrigerator assembly system can be optimally adapted to various applications. When using a heat exchanger for heat reuse, the weco series refrigerators from 15.1 to 300.1 can optionally be connected to the heating system. Equipment package with radial fans, air nozzles and tarpaulin inserts allows you to make a quick and flexible connection to the ducts. Depending on the design, excess heat can be supplied inside the building for heating or thrown out. In the presence of appropriate equipment from the effects of frost, refrigerators can be mounted outside the building.

Waeco split series

GWK refrigerators of the split series allow you to install a condenser and a refrigerator separately. The heat from the cooling system is removed through an external condenser, while the water cooler is located inside the building.

To ensure safe year-round operation of the split refrigerator, a refrigerant collection receptacle is installed to compensate for the movement of the refrigerant in the cooling circuit when the ambient temperature changes.

gf receiving collectors are designed in such a way that during the maintenance and servicing of the refrigerator, the entire volume of refrigerant is not drained, but stored in these containers. Gate valves at the entrance and exit provide a reduction in the cost of maintenance work.

Series weco T

WK low-temperature refrigerators are mainly used in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in medicine and food production. Depending on the standard design, the weco T series refrigerators are designed for medium temperatures from +2 °C to -15 °C.

The serial equipment of the machines includes additional tank lining, pump and water pipes, manual recharge, as well as shut-off valves on the discharge and suction sides and with pressure sensors on the discharge side.

In addition to the standard series, special versions up to -50 °C with integrated adjustable temperature circuits are available on customer request.

Simple touch screen operation

The reliable line of waeco refrigerators has been improved with a new functional touch control panel. With a light touch of the desired symbols on the start page, you can select functions such as temperature control, pressure control, etc. Since refrigerators have a modular structure, it is possible to expand the functions for all components.

Temperature values and temperature indicators

The temperature display allows you to visually track the temperature difference in a certain period of time. The determination of the temperature process at a given time is made by direct comparison of the set and real values using an alphanumeric display and a thermometer. One glance is enough to determine whether the temperature has reached the set value.

Pressure monitoring

Visualization of pressure monitoring allows you to quickly assess the state of the cooling circuit. Optionally, using the "service module" on the display, you can also monitor the temperature in the circuit.

Network connection for remote maintenance (service module)

Remote maintenance is possible using a network connection. An RJ 45 socket is installed for this purpose. Access to the machine parameters is possible both locally and externally. To ensure maintenance, the parameters can be controlled by a remote control or stored on an SD card. The recorded data can be represented and decoded as curves in Microsoft Excel format.

Series weco 01 - 09

Air or water cooling up to 9 kW

Models 01-09 are air-cooled models. Optionally, refrigerators 07 and 09 can be water-cooled. Fully ready to connect. Models 01 and 03 are equipped with a compressor, collector and condenser assembly. Models 07 and 09 have screw compressors, separate compressors and fans, as well as coaxial evaporators. The volume of refrigerator tanks in this series
large enough for such a low power, which allows them to be used for a wide range of solutions. The case is made in the form of a profile frame structure with steel sheets coated with electroplating or varnish, with access from all sides, on rollers for easy movement. As standard, such refrigerators are equipped with compact gwk controllers.
