Extrusion lines for the production of panels from XPS
The UNION line is designed for a capacity from 700 to 1200 kg/h, a density from 20 to 90 kg/m3, a board thickness of up to 100 mm and a standard usable width of 1200 mm. The color and length of the boards are made at the request of the customer.
For high hourly productivity, the "Tandem" system is used.
XPE panels are closed cells of unstitched low-density foamed polyethylene. Such panels are particularly suitable as protective industrial packaging designed to mitigate impacts and preserve the integrity of products, even the most delicate and fragile.
Production of multilayer sheet
XPE panels increase the dissipation of static electricity, and therefore are particularly well suited for the manufacture of packaging for electronics.
