High-performance PP/PS rigid sheet production lines
Integrated extrusion lines for sheet with inclined FI calenders are undoubtedly the most technologically advanced on the market and are designed for customers who require high performance. The configuration of the equipment allows to produce any type of thermoforming sheet with a thickness of 150 to 2000 microns, a width of 600 to 1500 mm with a high production volume of up to 2000 kg/h.

Technical features
The calender is controlled by three synchronized motors. The closing of the cylinders is mechanical and can reach a linear pressure of 120 kg/cm. The calender is equipped with a cross-axis clamping shaft device for calendering a sheet with a thickness of less than 200 microns. The material input system in the calender also allows you to perform an extrusion head with a special tilt to facilitate the operator's work when adjusting the thickness.
