Extrusion lines for the production of wavy and trapezoidal sheets
UNION's innovative extrusion lines for wavy and trapezoidal sheets made of PC or PET achieve a production speed of 8 m/min with an energy consumption of the entire line of less than 0.30 kW/kg.
The resulting sheets have a maximum usable width of 1600 mm and a thickness of 0.7 to 3 mm. The equipment is designed to work with both primary and secondary material.
The resulting wavy and trapezoidal sheets are widely used in the construction industry for finishing roofs, patios, winter gardens, gazebos, outdoor stairs, verandas, garage roofs.
