The standard sheet rolling line consists of one or more extruders for plasticizing the material, a screen changer that filters out impurities of the material, a gear pump that improves the quality of the molten flux, and a head corresponding to the type of material being processed. The removal is carried out by a calender, a roll path, a longitudinal cut, a shearing knot, a laying knot. Everything is controlled by a computerized system fully developed by UNION.

Application areas

UNION produces complex extrusion lines of high technological standards for flat sheets made of PC or PMMA of high optical quality, as well as multilayer sheets made of ABS +PMMA, characterized by a shiny and scratch-resistant surface, ideal for thermoforming into sanitary equipment.
