Extrusion lines for the production of thin rigid PP sheet
The air knife system, which creates a laminar flow of air on the material at its outlet from the extrusion head, in contact with the calender shaft, allows to obtain a sheet of uniform thickness up to 150 microns. The resulting sheet can be subsequently laminated.
In 1989, UNION produced the first PET equipment. To date, UNION extrusion lines for PET sheet are characterized by reliability, low energy consumption, high productivity and excellent quality of the products obtained.
Application areas
An example of using a thin sheet of PP are reliable and practical transparent folders with files, as well as transparent or colored folders for archiving documents.
