Technological features

Barrier containers allow you to pack a large amount of food, prolong their shelf life, while maintaining organoleptic and nutritional properties for a long time. The experience and knowledge acquired by UNION over the years allowed us to optimize all stages of this process.

During lamination, thermoregulated cylinders are used or the sheet is laminated directly in the calender by applying molten material.Both systems provide excellent and uniform adhesion of layers over the entire width of the sheet. The "barrier" coating system is also used for other materials such as PP and PS.
