The new modular shredders are produced in two widths, 800 and 1350 mm. Based on the modular configuration, it is possible to obtain 36 basic configurations that process all types of plastics. Thin films, or light bulk containers – everything turns into chips for further processing.

However, not only the design of the shredder is advanced. The new patented configuration of Rapid Quad CAB knives with four cutting edges on each makes these knives the most durable on the market. The knives are mounted on the rotor with the help of reliable fasteners, including buffer protection, which prevents damage to the rotor in case of accidental ingress of metal and other foreign objects into the crushing chamber.

The hydraulic pusher is equipped with safety valves and mechanisms that protect the shredder from impacts.The bottom of the crushing chamber is grooved in order to avoid pinching pieces of the processed material, and has a slope for draining residual liquids, for example, from pressed bottles
