After complete success with the open-access crushers of the 300th, 400th and 500th series, Rapid developed the largest open-access crusher, the 600th series, filled with new technologies. The concept of "open access" means providing direct and easy access to the main components of the machine, which allows much faster cleaning, care and maintenance. In two simple steps without the use of tools, you get access to the crushing chamber and the corresponding nodes, including rotating and stationary knives for cleaning, maintenance or changing knives. Clean visual access to the core of the machine also allows you to inspect and approve the cleanliness of the machine before a new start, preventing contamination by material or color. The 600 series is available in 3 sizes in width, 900, 1200 and 1500 mm.
