PowerTECH – for durable materials

Glass-filled and other abrasive materials can cause problems in terms of wear on the knives, screens and granulator body. The PowerTECH 150 Series version features a wear-resistant body, screen and specially treated steel blades to reduce wear from abrasive materials.

Stepped cassette knives

The stepped and angular arrangement of the knives on the rotor allows you to make more cuts per revolution. More cuts, in turn, result in much smoother and more energy efficient granulation, resulting in regrinding with smooth edges and melting properties equivalent to virgin feedstock.

A special manufacturing process and the use of high quality steel ensure a long service life for the small cassette knives. And when it comes time to change knives, it happens quickly and without problems.
